Engagement is the key to any successful brand. It's all well and good if people like your page or view your nicely-taken photos, but if nobody engaging with your page then you're missing a vital pupose of having a Facebook page. A follow is something that only lingers in the mind for a moment whereas interaction and discussion will mean it will live for longer.
Harry’s International decided to run a campaign by rounding up predictions from their Facebook fans for the Rugby World Cup 2015. Non-rugby fans participated in the campaign too as it was simple to enter the contest!
